Admissions
Contact Champions Forever at 248-864-8660 and schedule a tour of the facility and a meeting with the Program Director. To qualify for admissions each individual must meet the following criteria:
18+ years of age
Recovering from a brain injury as a result of an auto-related accident
Have a written referral for vocational services provided by the individual’s physician
Be able to benefit from vocational rehabilitation services
Have held a job prior to application
Must possess a strong desire to become a Champion Forever
